Ford Tourneo Custom 2015 Fault Code P2463 FIXED (DPF ash accumulation ) Mr Perwiz Yousef presented his vehicle to us for a DPF Assessment . We had a very interesting chat about his daily routine & how busy he is on airport runs . On the DPF Assessment we identified the underlining issues why the DPF had not been doing it’s own cleaning as it is a self cleaning filter there for had a system fault . We FIXED the underling issues followed by are trusted world class JLM 3 Stage DPF clean . Extended road test monitoring live data to confirm the vehicle is operating correctly . Customer came back for a free follow up after completing 700 miles we confirmed that his vehicle has been doing its own clean
