This week, we had a customer call us in a bit of a panic. Their vehicle was having problems, and they were due to head off on holiday in just a few days. They needed their car ready and reliable for the journey.

Even though our schedule was full, we asked them to bring the car straight in. Our team quickly diagnosed the issue, carried out the repairs, and returned the vehicle well before their holiday date.

The customer was over the moon with the service and how we went above and beyond for their family. As a lovely surprise, they popped back in with gifts and a heartfelt thank-you note. Needless to say, the shortbread and chocolate fingers went perfectly with a brew in the workshop!

Moments like these make us feel truly appreciated and remind us why we do what we do.
